Export failing due to connection issue
Customers have data exports to the TOTECS platform scheduled to run multiple times a day (Typically Product Stock Quantities export). Data exports to Totecs Platform infrequently fail due to connection issues identified by: -The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.( The most common reason) -Error: The remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway. What is the best way to investigate causes of these issues?
How to remap a field in the SQUIZZ.com Connector
Here are the steps on how to remap an exported field in the connector: 1. Open the SQUIZZ.com Connector application where the export is set up. 2. In the row of the relevant adapter click the ‘Settings’ button. 3. In the window that pops up click the ‘Data Exports’ tab. 4. From the ‘Exports Type’ drop-down menu select the export that that you would like to remap a field in. 5. Click the ‘Data Fields’ tab. 6. Find the filed that you would like to remap in the table, ensure that the ‘Set Custom Field’ checkbox is ticked and put the new fields technical name (eg database column) in the ‘Custom Data Field Definition’ cell for that row. 7. Click the ‘Reload Data Fields’ button
Converting date in milliseconds from 1970 - In excel and other programming language
In the maker model export, the released date and the created date are in the form of a number of milliseconds since the 01-01-1970 12:00am Epoch in UTC time-zone. Uploading multiple attachments per product through the Connector

Is it possible for the Connector's product attachments export to export more than one attachment per product?

Installation fails while installing Connector application with the error "The application binding data format is invalid"
In on instance when running the SQUIZZ.com Connector application installer, the installer failed to complete and showed a error dialog containing the message "Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor.". Upon clicking on the "Details..." button the error log file contained the message "The application binding data format is invalid". This installation issue occurred when trying to install the Connector on a computer that previously had Ransomware installed that was rebuilt from a back up of the computer.

Re-Installing the Accounting Connector
How do I go about reinstalling the old xsquizzit Accounting Connector? Will it make any difference if I am installing the application on a user session that was different to the user session that originally installed the service/application? Does the re-installation of the squizz.com connector differ in any way?
How to upgrade and transfer data and settings from Connector software version 0.x to version 1.x
Below are steps required to be able to upgrade and migrate data, as well as settings from the Xsquizzit Accounting Connector version 0.x to Squizz.com Connector version 1.x. 1. Check, download and install Microsoft's .NET 4.6.1 library if not already installed on the computer 2. Download the Squizz.com Connector Host Service installer. Ask the TOTECS team for the URL to download the software. 3. Stop the Xsquizzit Accounting Connector Host windows service. This will stop any data exports, sales order imports, or account enquiry requests from the totecs project configured with the Connector. 4. Run the installer of the Squizz.com Connector Host Service. 5. In Windows open up a Folder Explorer window, locate and delete the Squizz.com Connector's database file. Ask TOTECS staff where this is located. 6. Download the Squizz.com Connector application. Ask the TOTECS team for the URL to download the software. 7. Install the Squizz.com Connector application. 8. Open Xsquizzit Accounting Connector application. If it asks whether you want to upgrade the application ensure that you accept. The latest version of the application must be installed. 9. Click on the Tools menu. 10. Click on the Upgrade Connector Database to Version 1.x 11. In the window's Connector Database Save Folder set the folder location where the Squizz.com Connector contains its program data. This is typically C:/Program Data/SquizzCom/Connector 12. Click on the Start Upgrade button. This will create a new connector database file in the Squizz.com Connector program data folder and copy all data and configurations across from the old Connector into the new Connector database. 13. Close the Xsquizzit Accounting Connector application. 14. Start the Squizz.com Connector Host windows service. 15. Start the Squizz.com Connector application. 16. View the logs and check that no severe errors have occurred when the host service was started. 17. Verify that all Connector settings and adaptor settings have correctly migrated across. 18. For each adaptor click on the Adaptor button. 19. In the Adaptor Password field enter a password then click the save button. Repeat for each adaptor. 20. Open a web browser and login as an administrator user into the TOTECS project that is configured to use the Connector. 21. Click on the Data menu button. 22. Click on the Connector settings menu item. 23. In the Connector Version setting set the version to "1.x or higher" 24. In the Adaptor Password setting set the password as set in step 19 25. Maximise the Squizz.com Connector application again. 26. Run data exports for each adaptor to confirm that data is correctly being exported from the Connector in the TOTECS project. Within the Administration Centre of the TOTECS project verify that the data correctly migrated. Optional Steps 27. Archive the Xsquizzit Accounting Connector database file to a safe and secure location. This is typically located in C:/Program Data/Xsquizzit/AccountingConnector/accountingconnectordb.db3 28. Uninstall the Xsquizzit Accounting Connector Host Service. 29. Uninstall the Xsquizzit Accounting Connector application.
Product Account Pricing export

Product Images exported from the Connector are unable to replace existing primary product image in a TOTECS project
It has been reported that a TOTECS project had been configured with a Micronet Distribution system using the Connector application, and the Connector had been pushing up images associated with the Distribution system's items into a TOTECS project. However when product image export runs from the Connector old primary images remain in the project, why is this so?
Unable to uninstall the Connector's host windows service
An issue was reported where the Connector's host window service was unable to be uninstalled on a Windows Server 2011 operating system. After navigating to the Programs and Features section within the Control Panel, then selecting the program named "Xsquizzit Accounting Connector Service" and pressing the Uninstall button, a dialog was appearing asking for the location of the installation file. Upon choosing the install location Windows would then advise that the program could not be uninstalled.
Pack prices displaying in the trade interface
How do I have my trade online store display pack prices in the search results? Currently the trade interface is showing unit prices. My customers prefer to see pack prices. Eg a Pack of 12 Pens for $20.
