Can the ordering of product image files be set when an image is uploaded within the Administration Centre?
When a product image is uploaded via the Administration Centre's Product Editor, or its Bulk Image Uploader, is it possible to have the ordering data field of the image automatically set, based on the ordering value set within the image file name?
Setting up products to be exclusive to a specific group of logins
To set up a group of elusive products, you will need to do 3 things:
* Create a new inventory role in the user permissions, that will allow the certain users to view the items that are specific to them.
* Assign the specific users to the new inventory role
* Edit the default inventory role, to add item overrides to hide the exclusive products.
When loading the Product Page for Combination products, is there a way to automatically display the default combination product code on the Product Page?
On the Product Page for Combination products, one of our customers would like to display the default combination product code when the page is loaded. Currently the Combination Parent displays when the page is loaded until a Child Combination product is selected.
Hiding a specific group of products from guests visiting the website
If there are a group of products that have products codes that start with 'ABC' and 'CBA' that I want to show for logged in users but hide for guest users, how would I do that?
Can products automatically be assigned or removed from a flag when the product is assigned or removed from a flagged contact?
Currently contracts are being used to assign products to flags. The issue is, when the product is added or removed from the contract, flags don't get reassigned to products automatically. Is this a bug or is that how the system is supposed to work?
Within a TOTECS project, after changing an existing product code in the connected ERP, is there a way to allow the new product code to replace/display in existing Contracts, Favorites and Shopping Lists?
Allowing specific products to be seen by Guest users, but not allowing them to be added to Cart.
A TOTECS customer would like to restrict Guest users from adding specific products to the Cart, but still allow them to view the specific product and their prices. I have set up a new Inventory Role, to match the Default Inventory Role and added Item Overrides for each product code with, Allow for View Product, and Deny for Add Product, Dropship Product and Product Backorder Check. The override Conditions used Where/Product/Item Id/Equals/Value (Value is substitued with product code). The new Inventory Role was Saved, Generate Inventory Permissions was run and the Assign User(s) to Roles used to assign the new Inventory Role to the {GUEST} user.
However, the product codes listed in the overrides can still be added to Cart.
Have I missed a step in the process?
Why aren't account specific quantity break product prices for single quantity showing up in Shopping List Products content managed page area?
On a content managed website that is displaying products within a Shopping List Products area, if a product has an account specific quantity break price that is applicable to the user for a single quantity, why is the account based price not displaying against the product in the listing when the the project's "Volume Discounts Threshold Direction" setting is set to "ABOVE"?

When order lands into ERP system currently it gets assigned default warehouse to every order. How do i get customer assigned warehouse to display when order lands into ERP system.
Can Was/Now pricing be displayed when customer is assigned to a contract?
Is there a way to display price level price as Was price and contract price as now price. For example, If a customer is assigned to a price level C and the product price is $12 for the customer. Now customer is assigned to a contract and the contract price is $10. How do we display Was/Now price for the customer?

From within the Administration Centre, in the Inventory menu, when creating a product search profile within the Search Profiles interface and adding inputs, a drop down labelled Input Operator lets you choose the way the inputs will match data to product field. Product still displaying to a user even when their inventory role contains an override condition to hide the product
An issue was reported where a user could still see a product in a category list area on a content managed website, even though the user was assigned to an inventory permission role that contained an override condition to hide the product from showing. The question was why was this still occurring?
Why are products are still displaying in search listings when the user is assigned to an Inventory Permission Role that does not allow the products to be viewed?
An issue was reported where a user was performing a product search, and the search would display products that the user should not be able to see, since they were assigned to an inventory permissions role that denied the user viewing the shown products. The question is why are the products still displaying?

Search operators to assist customers getting accurate results when using the Product Search Form (using search profiles) area
Hey online super heroes,
I'm writing up some search tips on our website and I was wondering if there are any search operators that customers can use to get more accurate results when using the Product Search Form (using search profiles) area.
For example, operators like AND, OR, NOT, etc.
So far all I have is:
If you enter the term brake fluid and hit search, you will get lots of results for every product that contains the word brake OR fluid.
If you enter the term "brake fluid" with the quotation marks and hit search, you will only get results with products that contain both the words brake AND fluid.
It's a rough start, but it would be great to know if there were any other tips I could give them, to help them get the most out of the Totecs platform.

Is there a way in admin center to find out who is assigned to any particular inventory permission role
Sort product search result with different sort fields and direction
Tips on how to change Product sort field and product search direction. You can find Search Result settings in TOTECS Admin center by following the below mention steps.
1. Open you browser and type in your website URL
2. Login with Administrator credentials
3. Click on Online Store Tab from top menu
4. Under Settings click on Product Search Tab
5. Click on drop down box next to Product Sort Field and select the field you want to use for product search
6. Click on drop down box next to Product Direction and select the order you want your product to appear.
7. Scroll down to the bottom and click on save. This will bring search result according to the field and order you have selected.
