How does the WMS adapters account enquiry work?
When I run the connector with debug logging, the query that the connector uses has no correlation with the table/column names of the WMS SQL database. How does the WMS adapters account enquiry work?
How to get the Datapel WMS adaptor to force special pricing to override price-level product pricing when exporting out price records in Account Product Pricing data export
By default when the Datapel Warehouse Management System (WMS) adaptor is first installed and exports Account Product Pricing, it will not export account product pricing when the price is greater than a product's price level price. In Datapel WMS system's within the Tools menu, in the Preferences Window, clicking on the Sales tab, if the "Always Use Item Special Pricing if available" setting is ticked, the WMS system will always override product price-level pricing for a customer if a special price rule exists tor a customer account. How can the Connector's Datapel WMS adaptor do the same?
WMS Kits
Does the adaptor support WMS Kit functionality i.e. if a kit item code is selected in the sale, when the sale writes to WMS, will it explode out the kit components?
Managing Customer Payments
When a sale is entered and a payment applied in Totecs, is that payment written across to WMS applied against the sale?

Can that order be flagged as 'HIgh'

Is it possible to change the formula/threshold of what determines low stock for a single product using the WMS adapter's built in function?
In a TOTECS project that is connected to the Datapel Warehouse Management System using the Connector software, is it possible to change the formula/threshold of what determines low stock for a single product, using the WMS adapter's built in function?
Can the Products data export in Datapel WMS adaptor only set the next stock available date for products based on the due date in purchase orders, but only for products out of stock?

Multiple images imported through the Connector while replacing older images
One of our customers has multiple images set against products in their Datapel WMS system, however when the images are imported into TOTECS only one is imported. The Inventory setting 'Image Import Replacement Mode' is set replace existing images, it was set to append however we needed to change it as there were a lot of older images displaying. What is the best way to have multiple images displaying that are imported through the connector?
How to set up category data exports in the Connector's Datapel Warehouse Management system adaptor
To allow category data to flow from Datapel's Warehouse Management System (WMS), through the Connector and into a TOTECS project can be a tricky affair. The reason is because Datapel's WMS system does not have any concept of what a category, or category tree is, or any specific place to store category data. So the question is how can you set up category data structures in the WMS system, and configure the Connector to make the impossible possible?
Sales orders being imported in as quotes
When the adaptor was importing sales orders in the warehouse management system, for some orders they were being imported in as quotes.
Connector unable to import sales order into Datapel's Warehouse Management System

An order was sent from a TOTECS project to the Connector software that couldn't be imported into Datapel's Warehouse Management System. Why would this happen?

Sales order importing from Datapel WMS adaptor in the Connector but order cannot be found in the WMS system
An issue was reported today where a Connector had been configured to push orders into Datapel's WMS system by using the Datapel WMS adaptor in the Connector. The connector was reporting that the order successfully imported, but when trying to find the order in the WMS system, the order could not be found. The question is what happened to the order?

Connector crashed and the error logs contain the technical error "ERROR [HZ080] [MYOB ODBC] - An unknown error has occurred with MYOBSp32.dll. Please try connecting again or restart your machine"

It was reported on a computer that had the Connector installed with a Datapel Warehouse Management System (WMS) adaptor, when the adaptor was being used to obtain invoice records from the MYOB AccountRight company file linked to the WMS system, and display the records in TOTECS's Account Enquiry feature, the Connector's background host service had crashed and no records where being returned. Looking in the logs of the Connector an error was reported by MYOB's ODBC driver the message "ERROR [HZ080] [MYOB ODBC] - An unknown error has occurred with MYOBSp32.dll. Please try connecting again or restart your machine". What does this error mean?

Why aren't sales orders going into the Datapel Warehouse Management System even though the Connector shows that the order imported?
My understanding of the Datapel Warehouse Management System adaptor within the Connector, is that it writes the order to the WMS sql database via the api. I have tested the api settings and they have come back ok. I have reviewed the order in the connector and it has received the order. The status is Imported, but not Delivered. The connector states that it is successfully imported, but we cannot see it in the system. I have tried to search for the order via the customer in Datapel with no luck, I have also tried reviewing the database tables directly, but i cannot see it in the SAL_Sales table. I cannot see an orders table. Any thoughts? Are there any more configurations required for the API to work?
