If your idea is similar to someone elses idea then place a comment in their topic with details of how you would like to improve upon it. The more requirements we get, the greater amount of detail we can factor in when developing the functionality.
Please avoid creating single sentence improvements. The more detail you provide about the new feature/improvement, the easier you make it for us to understand what you want, and the greater the chance we will develop something that you were looking for.
Please note that the research and development team is constrained by time, cash, and resources. So ideas that require a large amount of investment by us may take a long before they come into fruition, if at all. We may ask interested parties to partially fund development, or if it is needed yesterday you can fund the development with us to place the functionality ahead of the queue.

Wish List - Image Import Mapping
Hi Guys,
We would like to run an image import using the generic adaptor but would like to import product images that are not currently in our Accounting System. Currently to use the product Image import through the connector, a "Key product ID" is required. Unfortunately the MYOB accounting package that we are using massively decreases in performance when the product database exceed 100,000 SKUs. This means that a large percentage of our online products are not in our Accounting System which is OK because 90% of them are not sold.
The problem that we are facing is that because a large percentage off our database has never been synchronised with our Accounting System, this portion of products do not have a “key product ID”. This means that we cannot utilises the generic adaptor to import all of our product images as a key product ID does not yet exist for them.
We would like to ask for an improvement to be made on the generic adaptor image import that does not require the key product ID as a default field. We believe that because the Product Code" is unique, allowing either a product code or the key product ID would be sufficient to map the image to the appropriate product. This is currently the method that appears to be used when using the product image import via the admin area. If the product image is named X then when that image is a uploaded, the image is allocated against the product code listed as X.
At last count we have 262,000 unique images totalling 113 GB to upload.
1. Could you please advise if there is a work around for this or if an improvement is required?
2. Also if you could please explain a little bit behind how the “Key Image ID” works and if the "Key Image ID" is a way of allocating multiple images to one product and what format should this be presented to do so?
New Feature - Xero Adaptor
In the past 12 months all im hearing is Xero Accounting and how good it is for business. I know it need 3rd party additions to allow inventory but the speed and integration in other areas seems to stream line a lot of bookkeeping. Is there anything in the works?
