Using free LetsEncrypt.org TLS Security Certificates to secure content managed web pages

Thread When creating secure web pages for any content managed websites hosted on the TOTECS platform a question was asked if these web pages could be secured by TLS/SSL security certificates issued for free from letsencrypt.org. Is this possible?
