Change of order priority status in Datapel WMS based in on customer payment terms?

Thread Can the order priority status of the online order be modified based on customer account payment terms? For example, COD customer can still place an online order using account payment method but warehouse manager needs to be notified to not send the order till the payment comes through. Can that order be flagged as 'HIgh'
