How do you display a confirmation dialog when a user clicks on the Clear Basket button in a Basket Product Listing content managed web page area?

Thread On a content manage web page displaying a Basket Products Listing area, the area contains a hook that allows the user to clear all products in the basket. How can a confirmation dialog display initially when the user clicks on the Clear Basket button, and only once they clicked Ok in the confirmation dialog allow all products to be removed from the basket?
