  3. Advanced Search Capability:iEnd users could now search GCG 's inventory via a seamless interface—filtering by make, model, year, or entering a VIN to view only the compatible turbocharger parts. This wasn't just another eCommerce site—it became a powerful parts identification tool, drastically improving customer experience and reducing order errors.

Results

The integration was a game-changer for GCG and their customers. The website evolved into a fitment-focused digital storefront, making it faster and easier for users to find exactly what they needed—every time.

The success of the PartsDB integration laid the foundation for further collaboration. In a major milestone, TOTECS recently developed a PunchOut Order Automation feature in partnership with MechanicDesk. Now, automotive workshops across New Zealand can:

• Access GCG 's inventory directly from the MechanicDesk platform
• Submit orders instantly, without needing to leave their workflow
• Receive real-time updates on availability and pricing
