What would be the best to way to handle a scenario where one user has multiple managers and if an order is raised by a user it goes to multiple managers concurrently. If one of the managers approves the order then the order gets approved?

For a project on the TOTECS Ecommerce platform, within its Purchaser Manager Approvals feature, multiple manager users can be assigned to the same purchasing user. When this occurs an a purchasing user submits an order, all managers assigned to the purchasing user can receive a email notification of the order pending their approval. Any of the manager users can approve or decline the order.

Additionally further conditions can be optionally put in place so that managing users can only approve orders from a purchasing user where the order total price is within a defined range. So for example you could have multiple managing users assigned to the one purchasing user, with the first managing user being able to approve orders between $0 - $1000, and the a second manager approving orders from $0 - $100000, and a third manager approving orders from $10000 to $1000000.

Additionally orders can automatically be approved without requiring a manager's approval when certain conditions are meet. Such as products on order are on a contract, or under the specific total.

The Purchaser Manager Approvals feature is quite flexible to support purchasing teams, and the purchasing hierarchies with small to enterprise businesses.
